By Holly Darnell, RD
August 18, 2022
Have you ever tried a lassi drink? Popular in Indian cuisine, it's a yogurt-based fruit drink that is usually made with mango. Here's a delicious spin on the mango lassi called Pineapple Ginger Lassi Drink.
It's not only full of healthy ingredients like pineapple, ginger, coconut milk and cinnamon, but it also contains Vegetarian Collagen Peptides to offer skin, joint and gut support.
First, peel the ginger and dice finely. In a high-speed blender, place the ginger, pineapple, Vegetarian Collagen Peptides, cinnamon, yogurt, coconut milk and honey. Blend the mixture on high until combined.
Serve immediately, using a scraper to make sure you get every last drop. Top with additional pineapple if desired. Notes: You can store your smoothie in an air-tight container in the fridge for 1–2 days.
